The Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation managed by a Board of Directors elected by the owners. The Board is responsible for the management of the Association's funds, the enforcement of the deed restrictions, and the maintenance of common area property.

The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) are the governing documents that dictate how the Homeowners Association operates and what rules the owners, tenants, and guests must follow. These documents and rules are legally enforceable by the Homeowners Association, unless a specific provision conflicts with Federal, State or local laws.
